Return Policy
Before you return projector lamp and the other parts to us, please read and follow the below instructions.
We give customers a longest 180 day warranty on all projector lamps for faults related to defective materials or workmanship. The 180 days warranty begins on the day the projector lamp is shipped from our company. We will do everything it can to process your projector lamp return quickly to minimize any delay.
Please confirm you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
1. Which situation BriaghtWay provides the return policy?
When the item has the problem,we promise to obey the return policy.You must first put the item back, we will handle this.
All projector lamps sent back to us must be in their original packaging. The lamp box/packaging must be unmarked and undamaged. All lamps must be sent back inside a larger outer carton with bubble wrap or foam packing to prevent shipping damage. Projector Lamp china charges a 25% restocking fee for returns with damaged or marked packaging. We reserve the right to increase this fee if the lamp is not returned in unopened condition.
1.1 The product have quality problem. It cannot work once you receive it or encounter crash in delivery within 72hours causing you cannot use it. This situation we will return the full refund.Please put the problem products take photos for us.
1.2 In some particular situation, For example, because the customer reason need to return the lamp itself, we will charge you 10% handling fee(Not included in source charges a 25% restocking fee).
1.3 Order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you. But you need pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
1.4 If we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsibility for item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to sent it back through ordinary airmail.
1.5 During the warranty period, the Lamp not artificial damage, but do not work, Please to deliver the lamp return, we will return to factory to repair the lamp. Normal, return shipping cost borne by the customer, we will send the warranty lamp with your next order , does not add the shipping cost.
2. Which situation BriaghtWay do not provide return policy?
Please check detail before you purchase on obdii.us. If you have any doubt, please check with our customer service, you can get our customers service information from our website.
2.1 If you order wrong item by yourself, or you find it is not you want (not quality problem), we will not provide the return policy to you, please aware of that.
2.2 If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.
Notice (1): you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us do for you.
Notice (2): When you confirm to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail or EMS to return it, and write ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier, because we can not get your return item, we will not responsible for that.
Notice (3): All return for refund or return for exchange all should be done within 15 days.Otherwise,we can not provide this two policy.
4. Lost Products
If products get lost in delivery, or you still don’t get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.
5.Transport damage
When you receive the goods, Please carefully check the packaging, as well the fragile seal affixed is good or not.It is important you inspect your lamp as soon as you receive it for any shipping damages. You must contact us immediately (within 48 hrs) to report any shipping damage. When the package is found seriously damaged, it must be immediately to the Courier request issue a certificate of damage, In order to make our claim to the express company.
We will void the warranty if the lamp is modified or altered in any form or shape. Projector Lamp Source does not accept any projector bulb return that is the result of a problem with the projector or TV, and not the lamp itself.
